Before you launch
Create an account in the launcher or on this site, then sign in. New accounts only need an account name and password. Save the one-time recovery key shown at registration; it is required for local password recovery.
Download or update trouble
Keep the launcher open during verification. If an update fails, retry or use Repair. A required update must finish before play.
Game window trouble
The game uses a legacy SWF runtime. A blank window can mean a missing runtime, blocked asset request, or incompatible Windows setup. Include your launcher version and a description of the error when requesting help; never send your password or recovery key.

Report a concern
Report suspected account compromise, asset exposure, or a security issue privately to company@abshemltd.com. Include steps to reproduce and affected URLs, but do not send credentials, private player data, or captured traffic in a public report.
Authorized clients receive game assets and can inspect what they receive. We protect server secrets, account data, privileged operations, and release authenticity through server-side controls. We do not claim client-visible files are impossible to copy.

We use account names, password verifiers, session records, connection IP addresses, and optional pseudonymous launcher installation associations to deliver accounts, updates, and moderation. New local accounts do not require an email address; existing verified-email accounts retain their addresses. An installation association is resettable and is not an immutable hardware identity. Browser play may not provide device evidence.
